It was a true honour to complete this memorial painting. This painting is of a mother holding her two sons. It was commissioned by her husband only days after she passed away suddenly while skiing with her family. The idea for the painting was to portray her as somewhat angelic and we were asked to complete this in time for it to be displayed at her funeral. We were told that the intent would be for the painting to hang in their family home and be passed to the children in the future. Our hope is that this painting provides some comfort and becomes a family treasure for this lovely family.
